Harley Davidson prior to conversion to trike The starting point.  This rider wants to stay on the road (more importantly, his wife wants them both to stay on the road), so this bike is destined to become a trike.  
At this point, the swingarm has been removed so that it can be fitted to the independent rear suspension.

Nearing completion.  Still needs paint, a backrest and some other parts.  The fender blank had to be shaped to fit the wheel. This will be painted black like the rest of the bike.
